What you'll do:

  • Onboarding and educating customers about the software
  • Resolve open tickets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical and product functionality issues
  • Test and reproduce issues to determine the cause of the problem
  • Document any software deficiencies in case notes to provide to the development team
  • Develop and manage documentation on troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Work with customers and internal personnel on performing and supporting customer upgrades
  • Maintain relationships and open lines of communication with other departments
  • Stay up-to-date with product changes and direction

You’ll grow and adapt our sales operation by listening with empathy to customers needs, wants and desires. You’ll build out our sales team, hiring appropriate self-starting and passionate sales executives, onboarding them, training them, and measuring and managing their success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Recruit, hire, onboard and retain sales team: Inspire, empower, coach and motivate, while pairing business and revenue objectives with appropriate growth initiatives.
  • Train new hires on sales process, ensure standards of success are clearly articulated.
  • Manage team operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
  • Define optimal sales force structure
  • Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs to motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Consistently deliver revenue targets – ensuring company revenue goals, and objectives are achieved quarter over quarter and year over year.
  • Review monthly departmental financial P&L, productivity results and goals.
  • Accurately forecast quarterly, and annual revenue numbers, dedication to the number.
  • Direct sales activities set expectations, provide mentorship, prioritize efforts, hold the team accountable for building pipeline and executing each phase of the sales cycle.
  • Work with your team for the most efficient use and deployment of resources; collaborate with sales engineering, partners, marketing and engineering teams to create a seamless customer experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred,
  • 5+ yrs experience successfully selling technical products,
  • 3+ years’ experience building and leading front-line sales teams; ability to grow and scale upward with the company; second line management experience a plus.
  • Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas personally and as a sales leader,
  • Successful experience building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan
  • Successful experience closing 6 & 7-figure deals
  • Successful experience hiring and onboarding sales representatives
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to build strong business partnerships both outside, and within the organization.
  • Skilled at business planning and diligent at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and coming up with appropriate solutions.

As a Software Architect at Caperno, you’ll help drive the design, implementation, support and administration of our enterprise software platforms. You’ll provide critical support with system enhancements, patches, testing, and rollouts.

What you’ll do:

  • Continuously improve the client experience through thoughtful and planned software development and workflows
  • Collaborate with other departments to design and implement improved technical workflows and operational processes

  • Broad coding background including expertise in C, C++, C#, Java, HTML, CSS, JSON, Web Services, and Python
  • Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

As Caperno’s Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll be responsible for supporting our framework and continuing to improve our system, with input from marketing, sales, and the senior executive team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related
  • Experience developing software systems or use of machine learning algorithms in real-life products
  • Verifiable experience with an object-oriented language such as Java, Python, Scala, etc.
  • Curiosity about or experience with machine learning methodologies and tools (e.g. PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, etc.)
  • Must be a teammate with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 5 years experience with Agile methodologies
